Location
Studio Deia 1 has a total living area of 87 sqm and is located in the second floor of a house in a quiet street of Deia. The house has been restored some years ago.

Distribution/equipment
Large and light living room with 2 sofas, a table and chairs. Next to it is the eating area with a table and chairs and a well-equipped modern kitchen that offers all amenities of modern cooking: electric oven, large fridge and freezer and brand new other equipment.

One bedroom with large double bed (very good matresses), fitted wooden wardrobes and aircondition, and a second bedroom with nice washing table, large shower and fitted wardrobes.

The studio is equipped with dedication and care: natural tiles, wooden beams and best material. The entire furnishing is light and modern. Stairs give access to the roof terrace (2,5x3,5 m) with views over the village and the mountains. A teak table and deck chairs make this a place to relax and enjoy.

The studio has also a washing machine and a Sat-TV, and aircondition in the living room.

Summary
Good place for all who chose Deia as their starting point of walks and other activities in and around the village and the Tramuntana mountains. The small bay, ther Cala Deia, is at 10 minutes driving distance or at 30 minutes walking. Deia offers a variety of bars and restaurants, a shop and banks.
