Location
Cas Angels is located in the heart of the small picturesque village Biniaraix, some 3km off Sóller. It has been completely restored and refurbished with taste and dedication, and is a small gem.
Distribution/equipment
The house extends over 3 floors plus 2 levels of terraces with views over the valley of Sóller. The total living area is about 75 sqm plus approx. 15 sqm of roof terraces.
In the first floor you will find the entrada (entrance area), the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a flatscreen satelite TV. The kitchen has fridge and freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave, and much more.
In the first floor the house has a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. In this level there is also the small second bathroom, belonging to the bedroom in the third floor (two single beds, wardrobe and air-conditioning). From this room you access the roof terrace with table and 4 chairs, barbecue and wonderful views over the Sóller valley. An iron ladder climbs up to another 3x3 m terrace.
The entire house, although small, offers space enough for up to 4 persons and is very modern and tastefully furnished and equipped.

A wonderful small house for hikers and all those who love the picturesque and rural ambience. Ideal for 2 persons, also fine for 4 friends or a family.
