Location
Hidden away on the mountains above Sóller and Fornalutx, this charming casita is situated in a conservation area and offers its own terraced olive grove and a spectacular panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains, the Sóller basin and distant sea. The house is some 10 minutes driving from Sóller and Fornalutx.

Distribution / equipment
The casita provides a kitchen/living room with doors opening to the terrace; steps lead up to the bedroom, bathroom and storage area. The living area is equipped with a sofa, table and a wood stove.

The bedroom has two 1x2 m single beds which can be joined to one big double bed.

The terrace in front of the house, equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue, invites for wonderful alfresco dining as well as sunbathing during the day.

CD-Player and radio.

Summary
Casita Olivo is the ideal place for friends of quietness and remoteness. A car is well necessary as the villages with shopping possibilities, restaurants and bars are at about 10 minutes driving distance. Hiking paths start right in front of the door!
