Location
The Casita Puput (hoopoe) is located on a large beautifel plot in the outskirts of Fornalutx, at approx. 15 minutes walking distance to the center of the town. The overall living area is some 80 sqm with a terrace in front of the house offering beautiful views. A walking trail to Sóller via Binibassi starts right at the plot.

Description
The house divides into a large combined living-/dining room (approx. 50 sqm) with fully equipped American kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas oven, etc.).

There are two identical bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and double beds (150x190 cm). The bathroom has a bathing tub, toilet and washing machine.

The nice terrace in front of ther casita offers woderful views over the Tramuntana mountains and the Sóller valley. The small pool (5x3 m) is protected by a fence for children´s safety.

Further equipment of the casita: Sat-TV, DVD, radio.

Summary
The Casita Puput is a lovely place for 2-4 persons, ideally for a small family, seeking quietness within a rural surrounding.

Heating
Large wood stove in the living room.
