Location
Solivet, a large, typical Majorcan finca, is located above Fornalutx, offering a marvellous view over the village and the surrounding mountains.

Distribution / equipment
The total living space of the 2-storey finca is some 160 sqm and divided into:

The ground floor with a combined living/dining room with comfortable corner seats and two sofas. A large wooden table is center of the room and divides the living room from the kitchen. Latter one is equipped with a gas oven, refrigerator and freezer and all necessary utensils.
Furthermore there is a small open fireplace with bricked corner seats in traditional style.
Sat TV.

In the ground floor there is also a spacy bedroom with double bed and wardrobes and with a generous and modern bathroom next to it. The bathroom is equipped with bathing tub, shower, toilet and a washing machine.

The first floor offers two more comfortably equipped bedrooms, each of them with a double bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

A seperate, second bathroom is located in the basement of the house and is accessible through the garden.

The entire equipment of the restored finca is well cared-for. Antique tiles, old wooden beams and typical Majorcan furniture give this house a cosy character. Heating is done by an oven of cast iron and electric radiators.

The big garden of the finca is built in terraces. On the back side of the house there is the large and beautiful terrace with garden furniture and dream view into the mountains and the village of Fornalutx. A second terrace has a small summer kitchen with outside BBQ. The pool measures 10x5 m.

Summary
A spacious house for guests looking for ambience and quietness. In summer, Solivet´s garden area offers marvellous outside living. You reach Fornalutx in 5 minutes by car, Sóller and Port de Sóller is 10 minutes within driving distance.

Electric radiators, wood-burning stove and chimney in the dining area. Less suitable in the winter months.
