Location
The "Apartment Emma" is located in the fourth and top floor of a multi-party house, at first-line of the Repic beach of Port de Sóller. The balcony of the apartment offers great views over the entire bay.The house has an elevator.

Distribution / equipment
The total living area of 100 sqm is divided into:

Two nicely furnished bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm) and fitted wardrobes. In addition, a further single room for a child is available.

Two small bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Center of the apartment is the large living-dining room with fully equipped open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a large dining table and chairs, a sofa with coffee table and another table with chairs on the balcony. From there you have great views over the entire bay of Port de Sóller and into the surrounding Tramuntana mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave and a small pantry.

Apartment Emma has electric radiators in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room. Further equipment: washing machine, satellite TV, CD-player/radio, baby cot.

Summary
A nice apartment for a small family or two couples. Due to its location right on the beach and promenade with many restaurants and bars, it is ideal for a beach holiday. The tram stop to Sóller is located approximately 400 m away at the end of the promenade.
