The luxury apartment La Playa is located directly on the beach promenade in Port de Sóller. It is part of a multiple party house and offers views over the bay and the promenade. A car can be parked on the street behind the house.

The apartment consists of a large open dining-/living room with table and 6 chairs in the dining area, and a comfortable leather sofa, a 42-inch flatscreen TV with DVD, satelite TV and CD player in the living corner.
The kitchen, integrated in this large area, is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, Microwave, oven, dishwasher, and much more.
The apartment has 2 tastefully furnished double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one of them has a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. Additionally there are 2 foldable bunk beds for children.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is equipped with the latest techniques. When coming back from the beach, there is an extra shower room to get rid of sandy feet, or for a quick refreshing shower.
The entire furnishing is modern and elegant and requires tenants taking good care and appreciating the highest standards.
