Location
Casita Marga Casita lies embedded in the surrounding mountains of Sóller on a plot of some 4,000 sqm. The large terrace loks over the entire valley of Sóller. It lies some 10 minutes driving from the center of Sóller.

Distribution / equipment
The living area of approx. 60 sqm is split into a combined living-/dining room with adjacent full-equipped cooking area. A large table with chairs form the center of the casita.

An open chimney and traditional furniture round up the Majorcan style of the casita. In the bedroom is a typical Majorcan-style bed (160x200 cm) and different furniture. The bathroom with shower and toilet lies outside the casita next to the entrance door.

The entire equipment of the Casita Marga is very personal and a bit rustic, but with charm and care.

The large terrace is definitely the center point of this object. It offers a stunning view over the valley of Sóller and invites for romantic and superb outside dining in summer. Another terrace offers a large table and chairs and an exterior summer kitchen.

The house has a Hifi with CD, cassette and radio.

Summary
A very nice casita for lovers of nature and remoteness. It is accessed by a private winding narrow road, and a car is very recommendable.

Heating
Electric radiators and open chimney. Not suitable in winter.
