Location
This villa, built in the 1960´s, is located in a quiet location slightly outside of Sóller with wonderful views over the village and the mountains of the Tramuntana. The walking distance to the main square of Sóller with its markets, cafés and restaurants is some 15 minutes. The beach in Port de Sóller is at 10 minutes driving distance. Parking is directly in front of the house.

Distribution/equipment
The house has a total living area of approx. 75 sqm, starting with a large combined living/dining room with table, chairs, fireplace, a sofa and two arm chairs and satelite TV. The fully equipped kitchen (microwave) is next to it. The room has an exit to the balcony and from there to the pool area with BBQ and utility room.

The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 small bathrooms, wardrobes and storage room. The entire is fully equipped, but without any type of luxury.

The pool area with the 8x5m pool, sunbeds, BBQ and table and chairs is well protected and surrounded by fruit trees and Mediterranean plants.

Further equipment: aircondition in both bedrooms and the living room, washing machine, baby cod, radio/CD hifi.

Summary
A wonderful place economic travellers such as a family with children who appreciate the central location, the pool and the very good price for a house with a pool. Don´t expect luxury and style, but just a wonderful summer house.
