Location
The charming Casita Muleta ist located on a large and wild plot on the coast line between Sóller and Deia. The driving distance to both, Sóller and Deia is approx. 15 minutes.

Description
Approaching the Casita Muleta we are aware of the purity of nature that expects us. The road towards the house is a bit difficult, wild goats observe our drive, the rocky landscape gives us the feeling of remoteness. The car can be parked at some 50 meters walking distance to the house, as the last part is very steep.

The 50 sqm living area divide into a kitchen/dining/living room, built into the rocks, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a bunk bed, and the small but charming bathroom. A large terrace completes the living space of the casita, in summer you will mainly enjoy the outside area of the house.

The casita has solar power and requires a sensible use of energy, the same applies for the water.

The enormous plot extends to the coast line and offers beautiful views over the sea. Discover ancient smuggler´s paths and find your favourite spot to rest and relax.

Further equipment: Sat-TV, DVD, hi-fi, deck chairs, barbecue.
