Location
Cas Pañares is situated only a few minutes walk from Sóllers Plaza Major, from cafés and shopping possibilities, overlooking the village with a wonderful view to mountains and valley. Cas Pañares is a semi-detached property within a small neighbourhood. The access to the house is rather narrow and difficult for big cars. Those can be parked some 100 m off the house.

The 1,000 square meters property offers sun at all times of the day. Shade can be found under the lemon and orange trees or on the terrace in front of the house. A 3x10 m pool offers a refreshing swim and relaxation. It is an exceptional house, almost 250 years old. It has been renovated very carefully and deliberately restrained. Cas Pañares is an ideal house for lovers of modern arquitecture and design within a wonderful surrounding. You will find friendly neighbours and almost no traffic noise in the middle of green gardens. You can easily live here without a car.
