Location
The charming Casita Pep is located in a sunny area outside Sóller, walking distance to the Plaza of Sóller is approx. 20 minutes. The casita has a sunny garden, terrace and a small mounted pool.

Distribution/equipment
The restaured casita has a total living area of 50 sqm plus some 15 sqm in the little garden house.

A combined living- / dining room with completely equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dish washer) is the main room of the casita. It offers a table, chairs and a sofa. Sat-TV, CD player and a washing machine are also available.

2 sleeping rooms, one with a double bed, the other one with two single beds and a refurbished bathroom with bathing tub and toilet.

The terrace offers furniture for eating and resting and views into the garden with its nicely kept trees and a 4 m round pool.

Summary
A very nice place for individualists, hikers and lovers of nature. Sóller and Port de Sóller are at 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes driving distance. Nice walking tours start directly at Casita Pep.
