In the town center of Sóller within a pedestrian area, at 150 m off the Plaza with its bars and restaurants, banks and shops, and at 30 m from the "Carrer de la Luna", the main Sóller shopping area.
The lowest floor is the first floor of the building and thus very private. In the ground floor of the building is a shop.

Description
This new built town house in loft style (3 floors - 3 rooms) was finished in May 2008. It was reconstructed from scratch, the notion being the creation of a generous living area inmidst the narrow streets of the town center. Thus, the 3 storeys are divided into three open rooms, offering lots of space for 2 persons.
The total of 150 sqm, 50 sqm on each floor, are designed as follows:
the lower floor is accessed through some 15 stairs from the street. It is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has also a dish-washer.
The second floor is the living area with a sofa, chairs, TV-set and hifi. In this level you will also find the bathroom of the house.
The third floor (under the roof) is the bedroom and accesses the roof terrace with views over the roofs of Sóller and the cathedral.
A very nice place for 2 persons who want to live centrally, perhaps without a rental car. Walks can start directly from the house in the different directions.

Floor heating in the first fllor (kitchen, dining) and in the bathroom, electric heating in second and third floor (wooden floors).
