In the town center of Sóller within a pedestrian area, at 150 m off the Plaza with its bars and restaurants, banks and shops, and at 30m from the "Carrer de la Luna", the main Sóller shopping area.

Description
The house was entirely rebuilt in 2008, in loft style (3 floors - 3 rooms). It was reconstructed from scratch, the notion being the creation of a generous living area inmidst the narrow streets of the town center. Thus, the 3 storeys are divided into three open rooms, offering lots of space for 2 persons.
The total of 150 sqm, 50 sqm on each floor, are designed as follows:
The lower floor is accessed through some 15 stairs from the street. Here is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has also a dish-washer. The floors are large tiles. ALl windows are German wooden windows with double screen and waterproof.
The second floor is the living area with a sofa, chairs, TV-set and hifi. In this floor you will also find the bathroom of the house. This floor can easily be converted into the sleeping room by adding an extra separation wall, providing the necessary intimity. There will be enough space left for a small office area. The two upper floors have oak parquet.
The third floor (under the roof) is now the bedroom and accesses the roof terrace with views over the roofs of Sóller and the cathedral.
A very nice place for 2 persons who want to live centrally, and want to have a troublefree place in Sóller. The house has a pre-installed fibreoptics internet access and pre-installed air conditionning.
