The completely restored finca Son Flor lies inside a 10.000 sqm large, quiet estate in the orange gardens of Biniaraix. Its situated some 5 minutes from Fornalutx and 10 minutes driving from the beach and Port de Sóller.

Distribution/equipment
The total living space of the 2-storey finca is some 350 sqm and divided into:

The ground floor with a large dining room and antique chairs. Next to this, the living room with sofa, table, two comfortable armchairs and the typical rocking chairs. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, electric stove (ceran hotplates), large freezer, etc.
The first of a total of 4 bedrooms is also in the ground floor and has its own seperate bathroom with bathing tub and toilet.

In the first floor there are two more large bedrooms with double beds (2x2 m), wardrobes and bathrooms en-suite, as well as a 50 sqm large suite with king-size bed, a small reading room and a very large bathromm with tub.

The restoration of the old finca has been carried out with care and high quality material. Especial attention has been put on the furniture. The floors are made of clay tiles, the ceilings show the wooden beams, all windows have double panes. Some walls were left with irregularities of color to give the house a more natural aspect. The colors white and beige dominate and give the finca a classic-elegant touch.

Further equipment is central heating, a washing machine and satellite TV.

In front of the finca is located a large terrace viewing an extense garden with pool (10x5 m). The terrain is planted with hundreds of orange and tangerine trees, some palm trees and many Mediterranean plants and bushes. Outside barbecue available.

Summary
An ideal house for 2 families or a group of friends, who appreciate space and comfort. Every bedroom has its own bathroom en-suite. The large garden invites to rest and refresh in the pool.
