Location
The completely restaured Casita Son Vencis is located above Sóller within a large private oliveyard, offering wonderful views over the valley of Sóller. From the terrace you can even sea Port de Sóller. The driving distance to the centre of Sóller is 3-5 minutes (walking about 15 minutes).

Equipment
The house has an approximate living area of 80 sqm. They are divided into a large combined living-dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160x200 cm), the other one two single beds. Both of them have a wardrobe.

The large living rooms is equipped with two sofas and a chair in the living corner. Sat-TV is also available. On the gallery are two sofas at the guests disposal.

The fully equipped kitchen (Smeg-fridge, microwave, oven, etc.) is next to the table, where 4 persons sit comfortably.

Further equipment of the Casita: washing machine, central heating, aircondition.

The large terrace with the 6x4 m large pool is the place to be in summer. A BBQ and the views over Sóller take you any reason to leave the house.

Recommendation
A unique casita for people seeking quietness and undisturbed nature. Only the sheep might observe you enjoying this fabulous place.
