Location
New two-storey finca located within an olive grove outside Fornalutx. Views to Biniaraix, Sóller and the mountains.

Distribution / equipment
Combined living room/dining room in the ground floor; two sofas, a table with chairs, cupboards, shelves and open chimney. Adjacent the new kitchen, full-equipped and with modern gas oven, dish-washer, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, etc.

One bedroom in the ground floor with two single beds (90c200 cm) and nice fitted wooden wardrobes. A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing table.

In the first floor there is another bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a third bedroom with a Mallorcan bed (140x190 cm). The new bathroom has a bathing tub, a beautiful washing table and a toilet.

In front of the house, there is a large terrace with nice wooden furniture for sitting and lying. Under the covered part of the terrace is another table and chairs for beautiful summer alfresco dining.

Furthermore, Calabat has a Sat-TV, climate control cold/warm, a washing machine and a barbecue. The house is equipped with the latest technique, and only local material has been used for the construction. Very nice!

Summary
A quiet and well cared-of house outside Fornalutx. 10 minutes walking to Fornalutx, 10 minutes driving to Sóller. Private, a bit steep, access road. A car is recommended.

Climate control in all rooms, open chimney in the living room. Suitable also in the winter months.
