Location
Outside and above Fornalutx lies this typical and charming casita, close to the road from Fornalutx to Lluc. However, no traffic noise disturbs the visitors´ relax. The casita lies on a large plot over several terraces. A very charming place!

Distribution/equipment
The main room of the casita serves as living room and interior dining room and has table, chairs and a sofa which serves as a sleeping place for a possible third person. An integrated kitchen area offers all you need for cooking, refrigerator, freezer, etc.

Next door you will find the sleeping room with a double bed (160x200 cm) and wardrobes. The en-adjacent bathroom has a beautiful washing table, shower and toilet. Visible wooden beams and wooden fitted wardrobes give the casita a cosy atmosphere.

In front of the house, the large terrace with many plants, olive trees, a well, several nice places in sun and shadow offer to live this house rather outside than in the interior. Marvellous views over the mountains and the village of Fornalutx, and the exterior kitchen, make this casita the ideal place for superb alfresco barbecues.

Summary
The best place for wanderers and lovers of the nature. A small path takes you to Fornalutx within 10 minutes walking; there you can find several bars, restaurants and a shop. Sóller and Port de Sóller with the beach are at some 15 minutes driving. Couples looking for a romantic and typical location will love the place.

Heating
Open chimney and electric heating. Nice also in the winter months.
