Your personal data will only be passed on to the persons who are directly related to your booking (e.g. the person checking you in will need your mobile phone number in order to coordinate the meeting with you). Other persons or companies do not receive this data from us.
The registration forms with your ID or passport details, which we have registered for registration with the national security authorities, are kept by law by the homeowner for a period of three years on paper (not in digital form).
Data protection law
All your personal data is protected by the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD) Royal decree 1720/2077, 21st December, and the European Data Protection Law from May 25, 2016, for the protection of information of a personal nature, forbidding circulation to third parties.
Your data will not be stored on any online server, but only on our by a firewall protected PC´s and offline back-up media.
If you booked an accommodation with us, your personal data forms or will form part of a file/archive called "Clientes" (client database) and which is registered with the Data Protection Agency, and property of the company FIMA C.B. with VAT-no. B57599235 and registered address in Camí Vell de Balitx, 1, 07100 Sóller. You have the right to access, oppose, rectify and cancel this information by means of writing to email@example.com.
